Yok makan cekodok roti, resipi yang ringkas dan mudah. Dari sebiji ke sebiji masuk mulut. Tak sedar dah tinggal beberapa ketul dan barulah beria nak tonggeng2 tangkap gambo, hihihiii
Aku tak ingat, kat mana aku ade tengok resipi serupa ni. Ape2pun ucapan terima kasih dihulurkan kerana membangkitkan inspirasi untuk buat cekodok camni. Ada yang panggil cekodok, ade yang panggil jemput2, kan... same jelah tu... aku lebih senang panggil cekodok.
Bahan2
Roti
Telur
Hirisan cili merah @ cili api (optional)
Daun bawang @ daun sup (optional)
Udang @ ayam (terpulang)
Serbuk lada hitam / garam / perisa
Minyak untuk menggoreng
Cara2
Carik2kan roti. Pecah telur dan masukkan semua bahan lain. Gaul sebati. Biarkan seketika (+- 15 minit). Panaskan minyak dalam kuali dan gumpal2kan adunan lalu digoreng dalam minyak yang panas. Lapik kitchen paper setelah diangkat dr gorengan supaya minyak dapat diserap. Sedia dihidang.
Sedia dihidang untuk minum pagi dan petang. Cicah sos pun sodap!

cokodok (tun panggil jemput-jemput @ jepuk) mmg comfort food. hihi.. lagi2 ada daun bawang n udang tu. sebijik, sebijik masuk pulut.. hihi
